“I decided to pursue a career in healthcare, specifically dentistry, because I enjoy working with people and wanted to make a positive difference in their lives. The prospect of being able to help patients achieve functional and beautiful smiles seemed very rewarding to me. Today, I offer my patients many years of clinical experience along with the friendly, gentle care they will truly appreciate. I spend the time necessary to fully understand my patients’ individual smile goals and explain everything in simple terms they can understand. I feel that educating them makes for better overall treatment.”
While not at the office, Dr. Burkett enjoys spending time with his family and donates his time and resources to the Boy Scouts of America and the Boys and Girls Club of McAllen.
